Wildflowers is an 1891 Victorian home surrounded by blue spruce and an abundance of wildflowers. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, it sits amid homes of old Salt Lake.
Guests will be warmly welcomed by Cill Sparks, a retired nurse administrator, and Jeri Parker, an artist and writer. In their careful restoration of Wildflowers, they have preserved the comforts of the past and added the delights of the present.
All rooms have private baths. Period furnishings and oriental rugs add simple elegance to the home. Two balconies provide sweeping views of the mountains and the town. Gourmet breakfasts are served in the dining room or on the deck that is surrounded by the gardens and very large back yard. The third-floor suite can accomodate four and has full kitchen facilities. Five minutes from downtown, 30 minutes from seven ski areas.
