ALPINE LODGE Bed and Breakfast is a spacious Swiss chalet-style home that has over 6,000 sq. feet and is located on 11-1/2 acres. The furnishings are mostly antiques. A typical southern breakfast of eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, fried apples, grits, coffee cake, coffee & orange juice starts your day. There are grounds and nature trails to stroll though. We also have a swimming pool, gazebo, and outdoor SPA. All the rooms have phones and Cable T.V. (3 movie channels).
Bowling Green is one hour from Nashville, 30 minutes from Mammoth Cave, 20 minutes from the Corvette Factory and Museum. There is a Confederate cemetery here and a Shaker community 10 miles down the Russelville road that you can visit.
Your hosts, Dr. David & Joyce Livingston, are retired musicians and sometimes can be persuaded to play on the grand piano in the living room.
