We run a small, low key, family flat rental business in a quiet residential area near Baker St. in central London. Started in 1955, renting short term, mostly to American academics. Our studios will sleep one or two and have a large living room, with twin divan beds, The one bedroom flats can sleep up to five. All flats have a fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room and full bath as well as TV, phone, desk, armchairs, etc.
Rates: 525 pounds per week for a studio, or 80 pounds per day for less than a week. One bedroom flats from 644 pounds per week, 100 pounds per day for less than a week. Some flats have a 10% winter discount from November 1 to February 28th.
