Springside, a Victorian Guesthouse, in the heart of the historic district - 1/2 block from the beach and 1/2 block from the shops. Springside combines historic atmosphere, comfortable accommodations and reasonable prices.
The bed and breakfast guest rooms are bright, and airy. Most have a partial ocean view. The 20th century is reflected in our king-sized beds, ceiling fans, and modern shared bathrooms. We collect art, sculpture, books, interesting magazines, and thirties mahogany furniture. Rock on our porch overlooking the ocean.
Bill is the author of a book on surfing and he is currently completing a 25 foot sharpie yawl, from scratch. Meryl is an amateur photographer and she designs web sites for local businesses and teaches computer courses at the local junior college.
We have no smoking in the house and a resident cat, Django Reinhardt, who stays out of guest rooms. We provide beach tags, off-site parking and bike storage.
