The Four Seasons Hotel is located between the 35th and 39th floors of the building, but conveniently enough the private entrance to the Four Seasons and their lounges, restaurants, health club, and pool is just tucked behind some nature to create a peaceful entrance right off of Las Vegas Boulevard. Here at the Four Seasons Hotel, the service is amazing and as if that wasn't enough the hotel offers high tea each afternoon with piano accompaniment, a 24-hour concierge service and an incredible wine list created just for the Four Seasons Hotel.

The rooms at the Four Seasons are just as great, at check in, kids are presented with a gift and all rooms are childproof. Also since this wonderful building has floor-to-ceiling windows in all rooms, the views are absolutely beautiful.

Dining at the Four Seasons is also great. The First Floor Grill is an Austrian and French based menu that combines to provide some of the best cuisine in Las Vegas. Also the Verandah Cafe is an indoor, outdoor restaurant. With it's micromist water spray system, you can dine comfortably outside even during the hot summer months. They also offer a delightfully quiet and peaceful Sunday Brunch.

Early Arrivals and Late Departures
If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the Hotel. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags and make our fitness facilities available for you to freshen up.

Guaranteed Reservations and Deposits
At Four Seasons, a guaranteed reservation assures you of a room even if you check in late (after 6:00 pm). If a room is not available, we will arrange your accommodation in another hotel at our expense, and provide transportation to and from the Four Seasons Hotel as reasonable. All reservations made through the web site must be guaranteed to a major credit card. Certain arrival dates and rates may require a deposit. Please check for full deposit requirements at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for a hotel room reservation must be received forty-eight hours (seventy-two hours for suites) prior to the expected day of arrival, and may differ by arrival date and room type. If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, the Hotel will charge for first night's accommodation. Family Plan
